  • 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, and milk.
  • Season the mixture with salt, pepper, oregano, and smoked paprika. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Using your hands or a small scoop, shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs (about 1 1/2 inches in diameter).
  • Place meatballs in the prepared baking dish, leaving space between each one.
